The Old Man and Sea

The Old Man and Sea was one of my literature reading material when I was in primary school. We used students' edition where the language was very simple and easy to understood. Ernest Hemingway was a noble prize winner for this novel. It was written in 1952. And he got the prize in1954. The moral lesson imparted in The Old Man and the Sea is  Santiago, the main character never gives up, when he can't pull his catch in,  when sharks are attacking him, even when the sharks eat his fish.
